1.What is a guest house?
A guesthouse is a type of tourist accommodation that offers rooms in private homes. My husband and I, owners, called hosts, live on site and share our house with you, giving you the best welcome while remaining discreet and respectful of your well-being.
Each of our 2 rooms has a private entrance with your key.
Our suite is located in a cottage located within the park.

2. What services are included in our guest house?
The services naturally include the night but also

Access to park, terrace, swimming pool, private parking.
3. What is the difference between a guest house and a lodge?
The main difference is the presence of the owners. In a guesthouse, we live on site and share our home with our hosts. In a gîte, the owners do not live on site and the clients are independent.
This is the reason why it is not possible to picnic at Villa Milanu.
But I can offer you a board of cheeses and charcuterie - to be prepared the day before -

II. Our guest house

5.Where is our guest house located?
The pretty village of Oletta, 2 minutes by car.
It is possible to reach the village center on foot in 15 minutes but preferably during the day, as the lighting is not sufficient at night.
2 restaurants offering magnificent views are located there as well as a bar and a grocery store
6.What activities are possible near your guest house?
I will not fail to give you all the little addresses of places to visit and fabulous restaurants, from the simplest cuisine to the most elaborate, including nustral.
7.What are the features of Villa Milanu?
Pretty house and outbuildings with slate roofs, where you will find only 2 bedrooms and a suite.

The Anastasja room which is the smallest but not the least pretty. Separate shower and toilet.

The Nebbiu room which is more spacious, with its desk and sofa bed. Shower and toilet in the bathroom.

The Caseta suite is located in a completely independent cottage on the property and has a private terrace.

8. What rooms are available and their capacity?
Our guest house only has 2 rooms and a Suite.
Anastasja room 25m2, can accommodate 2 people (bed 180 or 2 x 90 to be specified)
Nebbiu room, 29 m2, offers a desk and a sofa bed (140 bedding) can accommodate 3 people (180 bed or 2 x 90)
Caseta Suite, 38 m2, a 180 cm bed and a sofa bed (140 cm bedding) can accommodate 3 people. Open space bedroom and bathroom.
9.Do you offer meals other than breakfast?
I don't do catering.
Our house is surrounded by wonderful places that I am happy to share with you for lunch or dinner. Spots where you can go for a picnic.
I can occasionally offer you a Corsican charcuterie cheese board - to be reserved the day before -
It is not allowed to eat in the rooms or have picnics.
Can you bring your own food and eat it on site?
No.
III. Reservation and payment

10. What are the reservation conditions?
30% deposit is required upon reservation, to be paid by bank transfer;
If you ever have to cancel your stay up to 21 days before your planned arrival,, the deposit will be refunded to you

12. Are animals accepted?
LAnimals are not accepted.
13.Is there internet access?
Wifi is free. Its flow is excellent.
14. Is it possible to park?
Free and closed private parking at your disposal within the property
15. Do you speak other languages?
I speak English, some notions of Spanish.
16.LAre beach towels provided?
Foutas are provided in the rooms for the swimming pool. On request for the beach.
17.Do you organize special events?
For a special event, I offer you a bottle of champagne or excellent Corsican wine which will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
